Before we begin
1. Open the ConditionsPane
This can be done by clicking on the “Conditions” button located in the Conditions group, in the AseptSoft ribbon.
2. Open the “Trackers” tab
Create new Tracker or replace the existing one
1. Choose the tracked information
There are several possibilities:
- Type
- Description
- Action
- Conditino
- Text
- Jump if Fail
2. Press “Assign…”
Once you have decided about the tracked information (Let’s say you want to create a “Type” tracker), press the “Assign…” button in the group of the choosen information.
3. Select the target shape
In Visio, select the shape you want to act as the Tracker.
4. Confirm the selected Shape
Press the “Confirm” button located in the Selection group that appear in the AseptSoft ribbon.
Save
Press the “Save” button in the AseptSoft ribbon.

There are several possibilities:
- Type
- Description
- Action
- Conditino
- Text
- Jump if Fail
Remove Tracker
Note: Canceling a Tracker does not affect the Algorithm at all. YOu will just rennounce the features of a tracker.
2. Press Clear
Press on the “Clear” button located in the right part of the group with the selected information.
3. Confirm the cancellation
Press on the “Yes” button on the confirmatino prompt that will appear..
Save
Press the “Save” button in the AseptSoft ribbon.
