Create the Table
1. Press “Conditions”
Press on the “Conditions” button located in the Conditions group in the AseptSoft ribbon.
2. Confirm the Prompt
Press “OK” to confirm the instructions.
3. Pick the location
In Excel select the cell that you want to hold the header of the table.
Note! It is good practice to have nothing below that cell all the way to the bottom of all the worksheets. If the table becomes too long, then it will overwrite everything that it reaches.
4. Confirm the location
Press te “Confirm” button located in the “Selection” group, that appears in the AseptSoft ribbon.
5. Close or Edit and confirm
Close the opened window in order to save. You need to save if you want the Table to appear in all the other Processes. For now it is visible only in the currently oppened one.
Synchronize and save
Press the “Save” button in the AseptSoft ribbon. That will write the new association in all the other Processes if any, and then Save both the P&ID structure and the excel files.
Rennounce Table
1. Press “Conditions”
Press on the “Conditions” button located in the Conditions group in the AseptSoft ribbon.
3. Press “Relinquish current…”
Initiate the Relinquish process by pressing “Relinquish current…” link-button.
4. Confirm
Confirm the action my pressing “Yes” on the shown prompt.
Note: That action will not affect the Excel. The table will sill be there, but it just won’t be recognized by AseptSoft anymore. (you can reintroduce it at anytime).
Save
Press the “Save” button in the AseptSoft ribbon.
Change the Table (pick new location)
NOTE: that will only create a new table to the choosen location, and will not affect the old one.
COMING SOON: AseptSoft will move the entire table to the new location.

Press on the “Conditions” button located in the Conditions group in the AseptSoft ribbon.
2. Go to the Table Settings
Press “Conditions Table” from the list of Tabs in the top.
3. Press “Asign table…”
Press the “Assign table…” button.
From here eveythins is like creating the table from scratch:
