AseptSoft Save function

It is more than a simple save of everything included in the project. It will save the folowing:

1. Visio P&ID: Everything is saved as in the original safe function provided by Visio excepting one thing: The appearance of every shape is as it was originally, and not as it is currently coloured by it’s state (open -> green, closed -> red, etc.)
2. Excel Workbooks: It will save all the workbooks in the curent project at once.
3. Parameters and Variables: It will import the list of existing Parameters and Variables into the curent project.

Back-up project appearance

This feature is very usefull to be safe in case by mistake you saved the project using the standard function, and not using our AseptSoft function. Backup-ing is not something that you should bother with, because AseptSoft will do it automatically for each not backed-up shape. Use this button if you explicitlely want to update the Back-up in case you explicitley changed the appearance. NOTE: The changes will be updated only if they where made while the P&ID is in static mode, and no project is open.

Restore project appearance

This feature is very usefull case by mistake you saved the project using the standard function, and not using our AseptSoft function. It will bring back the backed-up components appearance
